Recherche d'équivalent - Exercice 1

Pour dire les choses très simplement, deux fonctions sont eˊquivalentes{\color{red}{\textbf{équivalentes}}} en un point si ces deux fonctions se ressemblent comme deux gouttes{\color{red}{\textbf{ressemblent comme deux gouttes}}} d'eau au voisinage de celui-ci. À l'infini, la notion d'équivalence est hélas bien moins aisée à percevoir.
Deux fonctions ff et gg sont équivalentes au voisinage d’un point ou à l’infini si elles vérifient :
limxaf(x)g(x)=1\lim_{x \longrightarrow a} \dfrac{f(x)}{g(x)} = 1
Avec aRa \in \mathbb{R} qui appartient au domaine commun aux deux ensembles de définition de ff et gg. Pour cela, gg ne doit pas être nulle.
Ce calcul vérifie d'ailleurs une définition plus rigoureuse de l'équivalence, où aRa \in \overline{\mathbb{R}} :
f(x)=g(x)(1+ε(x))f(x) = g(x) \left( 1 + \varepsilon(x) \right)
avec limxaε(x)=0\lim_{x \longrightarrow a} \varepsilon(x) = 0.
Dans la pratique, pour déterminer l'équivalent de ff au voisinage de aa, on prend le premier terme non nul du D.L.{\color{red}{\textbf{on prend le premier terme non nul du D.L.}}} de ff au voisinage de aa.
Si ff et gg sont équivalentes au voisinage de aa alors on note ceci comme fagf \underset{a}{\sim} g.
Question 1
Donner un équivalent simple des fonctions qui vous sont proposées, au voisinage indiqué.

Déterminer un équivalent de f(x)=xsin(x)1cos(x)f(x) = \dfrac{x \sin(x)}{1 - \cos(x)} au voisinage de 00.

Correction
On sait que :
sin(x)0x\sin(x) \underset{0}{\sim} x
Donc :
xsin(x)0x2x\sin(x) \underset{0}{\sim} x^2
De plus, on sait que :
cos(x)01x221cos(x)0x22\cos(x) \underset{0}{\sim} 1 - \dfrac{x^2}{2} \,\,\,\, \Longleftrightarrow \,\,\,\, 1 - \cos(x) \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{x^2}{2}
Ainsi :
f(x)=xsin(x)1cos(x)0x2x22f(x) = \dfrac{x \sin(x)}{1 - \cos(x)} \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{x^2}{\dfrac{x^2}{2}}
Soit :
f(x)=xsin(x)1cos(x)0112f(x) = \dfrac{x \sin(x)}{1 - \cos(x)} \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{1}{\dfrac{1}{2}}
Finalement :
f(x)=xsin(x)1cos(x)02{\color{red}{\boxed{ f(x) = \dfrac{x \sin(x)}{1 - \cos(x)} \underset{0}{\sim} 2 }}}
Question 2

Déterminer un équivalent de f(x)=sin(x)ln(1+x)f(x) = \dfrac{\sin\left(\sqrt{x}\right)}{\ln(1+x)} au voisinage de 00.

Correction
On sait que :
sin(X)0X\sin(X) \underset{0}{\sim} X
Donc :
sin(x)0x\sin(\sqrt{x}) \underset{0}{\sim} \sqrt{x}
De plus :
ln(1+x)0x\ln(1+x) \underset{0}{\sim} x
Par quotient, on trouve que :
f(x)=sin(x)ln(1+x)0xxf(x) = \dfrac{\sin\left(\sqrt{x}\right)}{\ln(1+x)} \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{\sqrt{x}}{x}
Finalement :
f(x)=sin(x)ln(1+x)01x{\color{red}{\boxed{ f(x) = \dfrac{\sin\left(\sqrt{x}\right)}{\ln(1+x)} \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{x}} }}}
Question 3

Déterminer un équivalent de f(x)=ln(cos(3x))sin3(x)f(x) = \dfrac{\ln(\cos(3x))}{\sin^3(x)} au voisinage de 00.

Correction
On a :
ln(cos(3x))=ln(112(3x)2+o(x2))=ln(192x2+o(x2))\ln(\cos(3x)) = \ln\left( 1 - \dfrac{1}{2} (3x)^2 + o(x^2) \right) = \ln\left( 1 - \dfrac{9}{2}x^2 + o(x^2) \right)
On en déduit donc que :
ln(cos(3x))=92x2+o(x2)\ln(\cos(3x)) = - \dfrac{9}{2}x^2 + o(x^2)
Puis on sait que :
sin(x)0x\sin(x) \underset{0}{\sim} x
Donc :
sin3(x)0x3\sin^3(x) \underset{0}{\sim} x^3
Par quotient, on a alors :
f(x)=ln(cos(3x))sin3(x)092x2x3f(x) = \dfrac{\ln(\cos(3x))}{\sin^3(x)} \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{- \dfrac{9}{2}x^2}{x^3}
Soit encore :
f(x)=ln(cos(3x))sin3(x)092xf(x) = \dfrac{\ln(\cos(3x))}{\sin^3(x)} \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{- \dfrac{9}{2}}{x}
Finalement :
f(x)=ln(cos(3x))sin3(x)092x{\color{red}{\boxed{ f(x) = \dfrac{\ln(\cos(3x))}{\sin^3(x)} \underset{0}{\sim} - \dfrac{9}{2x} }}}
Question 4

Déterminer un équivalent de f(x)=sin(πx)xln(x)f(x) = \dfrac{\sin(\pi x)}{x\ln(x)} au voisinage de 11.

Correction
Soit hh un réel.
On pose x=1+hx = 1+h. Dans ce cas, on obtient :
sin(πx)xln(x)=sin(π(1+h))(1+h)ln(1+h)=sin(π+πh)(1+h)ln(1+h)=sin(πh)(1+h)ln(1+h)\dfrac{\sin(\pi x)}{x\ln(x)} = \dfrac{\sin(\pi (1+h))}{(1+h)\ln(1+h)} = \dfrac{\sin(\pi + \pi h)}{(1+h)\ln(1+h)} = \dfrac{-\sin(\pi h)}{(1+h)\ln(1+h)}
Or, on sait que :
sin(πh)h0πh\sin(\pi h) \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} \pi h
Donc :
sin(πh)h0πh-\sin(\pi h) \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} -\pi h
Puis :
ln(1+h)h0h\ln(1+h) \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} h
Enfin :
1+hh011+h \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} 1
On en déduit donc que :
sin(πh)(1+h)ln(1+h)h0πh1×h\dfrac{-\sin(\pi h)}{(1+h)\ln(1+h)} \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} \dfrac{-\pi h}{1 \times h}
Après simplification :
sin(πh)(1+h)ln(1+h)h0π\dfrac{-\sin(\pi h)}{(1+h)\ln(1+h)} \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} -\pi
Finalement :
f(x)=sin(πx)xln(x)0π{\color{red}{\boxed{ f(x) = \dfrac{\sin(\pi x)}{x\ln(x)} \underset{0}{\sim} - \pi }}}
Question 5

Déterminer un équivalent de f(x)=x21e2x1exf(x) = \dfrac{x^2 -1}{e^{2x-1} - e^x} au voisinage de 11.

Correction
Soit hh un réel.
On pose x=1+hx = 1+h. Dans ce cas, on obtient :
f(x)=x21e2x1ex=(1+h)21e2(1+h)1e1+h=1+2h+h21e2+2h1e1eh=2h+h2e1+2heeh=2h+h2ee2heeh=2h+h2eeheheehf(x) = \dfrac{x^2 -1}{e^{2x-1} - e^x} = \dfrac{(1+h)^2 -1}{e^{2(1+h)-1} - e^{1+h}} = \dfrac{1+2h+h^2 -1}{e^{2+2h-1} - e^1e^h} = \dfrac{2h+h^2}{e^{1+2h} - ee^h} = \dfrac{2h+h^2}{ee^{2h} - ee^h} = \dfrac{2h+h^2}{ee^{h}e^{h} - ee^h}
Ce qui nous donne :
f(x)=2h+h2eeh(eh1)f(x) = \dfrac{2h+h^2}{ee^{h}\left( e^{h} - 1 \right)}
De plus, on a :
2h+h2h02h2h+h^2 \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} 2h
Puis :
ehh01e^h \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} 1
Enfin, comme eh=1+h+o(h)e^h = 1 + h + o(h), on obtient alors :
eh1h0he^h - 1 \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} h
Donc, on en déduit donc que :
2h+h2eeh(eh1)h02he×1×h\dfrac{2h+h^2}{ee^{h}\left( e^{h} - 1 \right)} \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} \dfrac{2h}{e\times 1 \times h}
D'où :
2h+h2eeh(eh1)h02e\dfrac{2h+h^2}{ee^{h}\left( e^{h} - 1 \right)} \underset{h \longrightarrow 0}{\sim} \dfrac{2}{e}
Finalement :
f(x)=x21e2x1ex02e{\color{red}{\boxed{ f(x) = \dfrac{x^2 -1}{e^{2x-1} - e^x} \underset{0}{\sim} \dfrac{2}{e} }}}
